Fireaze was born in vault 205 located in the Ohio river. He left the vault in the year 2050 to find that Cincinnati and southern city Lexington Destroyed. He traveled to the city of Louisville to find residents from vault #56 having a G.E.C.K and destroyed the remnants of Louisville destroyed. He joined the Brother Hood of steel at the age of 20 and was assigned to go into the Fort Knox Military Base. He and his squad found a large vat of the F.E.V A terrible accident occurred knocking him in and fusing his DNA with a thoroughbred.

His body meets the neck of the horse making him a Greek style centaur. His life span has increased three fold of a normal human.
